Recently, people that i haven't seen for a while have been calling me fat. A wise man once told me that "eating healthy, exercising, not smoking and drinking don't actually make you live longer it just feels like you live longer." He was commenting on the fact that life should be enjoyed. Time flies when your having fun. Maybe this little nugget of wisdom passed from my uncle Peter has played a part in my current rotund physique . Oh well... lets eat

My girlfriend absolutely hates this picture where as i seem to love it. Normally soft spoken and peaceful this picture shows an element of fire which i like. someone is about to get a drink poured on them and i hope its not me.

Rice buns with deep fried shredded pork. McDonalds caters to tastes around the world. check it out. When trying to explain the low cost of living here in taiwan I use mcdonalds as an example. Being that mcdonalds is a constant around the world its easy to compare. Your normal big mac meal here in taiwan is about $3.00us, where as in the states i remember it being about $5. The minimum wage here is also around $3.00us. As an english teacher i make at least six times the minimum wage. So for me it seems like a good deal but to your average taiwanese person its not. Even though its cheap i have no interest in this rice monstrosity.

pull the trigger

sometimes u have to know when and how to "pull the trigger" just to survive the night. Bear had to get down with some trigger action after our table finished 36 tall boys with in a couple hours. and we kept loosing that flip cup game.
