7-11 in Taiwan is pretty much an institution. Any night of the week you are guaranteed cheap drinks, someone to bullshit with, and good scenery. Coming from a state where liquor is regulated heavily, being able to pick up a few beers or a bottle of vodka if you please, and enjoy it outside without any problems is quite a treat.
This specific 7-11 is particularly dear to my heart for a slew of reasons as i am sure it is to anyone who has spent a bit of time in Taipei. We have met and hung out on that corner more than anywhere else in this city. my friend even met his wife there. its dirty and grimy and as much as i complain about the euro-trash that rolls through whenever some techno dj is in town, i gotta give it credit for providing some quality nights.
plus its got bike parking. Bar Beer time

Yes hit the G spot,great crowd errr I mean don`t This is Taipoo`s nicest,place and we want to keep it that way so go find somewhere else where every hour is Happy Hour,the folks original and sometimes the sounds r pumping
